Stephanie is an avid runner who got into massage therapy after sustaining an injury and discovering all the benefits massage therapy has to offer. She is a 2016 graduate of OSTM.
She is skilled in many different massage techniques, including swedish, sports, orthopedic, and cupping.
Stephanie works at both, Camillus and our Skaneateles offices.
